Membership is open to community leaders, social service agencies, health care organizations, universities, private businesses, senior centers, related service providers and interested individuals.
Dues are paid on a calendar basis (January through December) and are set as follows:
- Corporate/Large non-profit (500 employees or more) – $100
- Small non-profit – $50
- Individual – $25
Please complete the application and submit with appropriate credit card payment. You may also print out a copy of the dues form and mail in with a check.
